STEPS leases space in Darwin business park

National not for profit training, employment and community services organisation STEPS Group Australia is expanding in the Northern Territory after securing space in the CasCom Centre business park in Darwin.

STEPS has leased a 416 sqm office at the CasCom Centre at 13-17 Scaturchio Street, Casuarina, from Sentinel Property Group, which purchased CasCom last year for $34 million.

The CasCom Centre is a six-building business park with nearly 10,944 sqm of gross lettable area.

The property is predominantly leased to territory and federal government departments.

STEPS has taken up a six-year tenancy at a gross rental of $430 per sqm per annum.

Established in 2010, Brisbane-based Sentinel has a total national portfolio of more than 40 retail, industrial, office, land, tourism infrastructure and agribusiness assets in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory with a total value in excess of $1 billion.
