It is Tasmania’s third largest vineyard and was bought from the timber company Gunns in 2010.
The 82-hectare property currently produces Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Reisling, Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer.

It is located 40 kilometres from Wangaratta. The vineyard already has 57 hectares planted and producing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio and Meunier, with another 30 hectares of the property still available to develop.
Brown Brothers chief executive Ronald Wahlquist has commented that the sales are part of a company restructure after facing a shrinking export market in Europe caused by the high Australian dollar.
Offers are due on the Brown Brothers listings by May 10 with Toby Langley and Stephen Strachan of Gaetjens Langley.
Elsewhere, Colliers International is selling a number of premium vineyards in Krondorf, located in South Australia’s prominent wine region, the Barossa Valley.
