Melbourne CBD’s office space, usually populated by technology firms and educational operators, is about to get sporty.

Level 2 of 115 Lonsdale Street will soon be the new home of 24/7 Golf, which will offer a simulated golfing experience within the 130 sqm space at all hours.

The five-year lease within the three-storey building was struck for $55,000 per annum plus GST by Fitzroys Sales & Leasing executive Stephen Land.

He said the high ceilings and direct access from the street appealed to the new tenant.

The space will be the golf simulator’s second venue, adding to its Glen Eira Road, Elsternwick site.
