One of the last remaining significant development opportunities in Melbourne's south-eastern industrial precinct of Pakenham has hit the market.

The 2.183 hectare land holding, on three certificates of title, is expected to generate strong buyer interest from owner-occupiers and developers.

The 77-79 Bald Hill Road property goes under the auctioneer's hammer on April 10.

Colliers International’s Justin Fried and Gordon Code, in conjunction with Tony Miller of Ray White Pakenham, have been appointed selling agents.

“Opportunities of this scale with this level of exposure in the Pakenham area are becoming increasingly rare, and this is one of the last remaining significant development opportunities on Bald Hill Road”, said Mr Fried.

“In addition to an exciting development opportunity, this property will also appeal to a wide range of occupiers including trade/wholesale users (STNC) and warehousing/distribution businesses,” added Mr Code.
