International shoe retailer BeautiFeel is the latest luxury brand to secure a retail location at the Paris end of Melbourne’s Collins Street.

Located in the foot of GE’s 90 Collins Street building, the 73-square-metre flagship store will pay an annual rental of around $180,000.

The seven-year leasing deal was negotiated by CBRE retail services team Max Cookes and Zelman Ainsworth.

The luxury shoe retailer and wholesaler has nine retail stores around the world.

“BeautiFeel’s pioneering concept of ‘fashion meets comfort’ has proven to be hugely successful over the last 20 years, and they were keen to further expand their network in Melbourne,” says Ainsworth.

“The surrounding premium office towers and international luxury retailers at the Paris end of Collins Street attracted BeautiFeel to the property.”

Some of the most recent leasing deals at the premium Paris end of Collins Street include international luxury brands Paul Smith, Cartier, Tiffany & Co and Max Mara.

BeautiFeel Shoes opened their first Australian store in Sydney’s Chatswood Chase Mall.
