NSW Land Registry Services has committed to lease one and a half floors at 175 Liverpool Street, in the southern end of the Sydney CBD.

Savills Australia’s Rob Dickins negotiated the term of five years and six months at a rate of $985 per sqm, saying the tenant was attracted to the prominent A-grade quality of the building.

“Offices in 175 Liverpool Street have panoramic views over Hyde Park to the harbour and provide spacious, fitted-out accommodation,” Mr Dickins said.

The office tower has retail on the ground floor, a large underground parking station, and modern end-of-trip facilities.

NSW Land Registry Services will relocate from the land titles office opposite St Mary’s Cathedral on April 1, 2019.
