Savills Australia’s Adam Hartley and Zandra McGee have been appointed to arrange the lease for the top floor office located in the Naylor House at 191 Pultney Street, Adelaide.

The office is located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD and they expect to receive a high volume of interested tenants.

“This lease vacancy is reflective of the high standard of the building and how content previous tenants have been with the space provided by the owner,” Mr Hartley said.

The 568sqm office is located on level four of the building which has been restored with new lighting and flooring.

The space is said to be able to provide for split tenancies and the building has a café situated in the lobby.

“The tenancy is currently a blank canvas, with scope for tenants to design their dream office as they wish,” Ms McGee commented.

Tenants are expected to pay $465 per sqm including outgoings and expected interest groups will include engineering, finance and legal firms.
