The Roche family has secured $58 million plus for its Balmain waterfront industrial site, the former headquarters of their former Nutrimetics cosmetics business.

Toga Group is believed to be the buyer of 100 Elliott Street, according to the Australia Financial Review.

It is a 12,375 square metre site - with development approval for 121 apartments - on the banks of the Parramatta River.

Knight Frank agents Peter Krieg and Domenic Ong marketed the property which had a 30 July expressions of interest deadline.

Bill and Imelda Roche sold Nutrimetics to the Sara Lee Corporation in 1997.
