Riverlakes Shopping Village in Cornubia, Brisbane listed

The Riverlakes Shopping Village in Brisbane's Cornubia has been listed for sale.

Originally developed around 1992 and refurbished in 2011/2012, the centre occupies a site of 14,439 square metres on the Beenleigh-Redland Bay Road.

The complex is anchored by an IGA Supermarket, Chemist Warehouse and Medical Centre and supported by a mix of specialty tenants including Bottle Shop, Newsagency, TAB, Bakery, Seafood Takeaway, Hairdresser and a drive-through Zarraffas Coffee cafe. It also features a freestanding childcare and fitness centres, as well as grade-level parking for about 186 cars.

The marketing campaign is being handled by Peter Tyson and Michael Harcourt of Savills retail investment aales.

Mr Tyson said the property is expected to generate strong interest from a wide range of investors, including private buyers, self-managed super funds and consortiums.
