Riverheads tops list of slowest-selling localities in Queensland: RP Data

It takes an average of 231 days to sell a house in Riverheads, which tops the list of the slowest-selling localities in Queensland, according to RP Data. There were eight localities where houses were on the market for 200 days or more before they sold. Property Observer notes that there were only 13 sales in Riverheads last year, according to RP Data.
