The newly opened retailer is the primary tenant of Wicks Place, bringing its iconic range of fresh fruit and vegetables, deli products from around the world, and the much-loved Imperfect Picks range, which saves quirky but delicious produce from waste to the Marrickville community.

Bradmill Quarter: Bringing community and amenity to life in Yarraville

Design-led property developer <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/orchard-piper">Orchard Piper</a>, together with joint venture partner NPACT, has broken the record for the most expensive apartment sale in Toorak at their freshly launched new apartment development, <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/one-toorak-place-7-19-carters-avenue-toorak-vic-3142">One Toorak Place</a>.

Australian retail executive Daniel Agostinelli and his wife Lynette have spent more than $20 million on the penthouse in the heart of Toorak Village. The sale comes after two of the sub-penthouses which sold for records of more than $11.5 million in May 2024,&nbsp;each exceeding $38,000 per sqm.

Agostinelli, Group CEO of Accent Group Limited, has followed the developer’s work for over a decade, with the penthouse marking his first purchase.

The house-proportioned apartment comes with five bedrooms, an eight-car private garage, direct lift access to a private lobby, a 1000-bottle cellar, and private wellness facilities, including a pool and spa set across 560 sqm of outdoor terraces and gardens, framed by expansive views of the Melbourne city skyline.

Alongside Orchard Piper’s first Toorak Village project, it contributes to over 5,000 sqm of prime land under development in the precinct, with a combined end value expected to exceed $550 million.

Leading Malaysian developer UEM Sunrise has started taking registrations of interest at its flagship Subiaco East development One Oval,&nbsp;the first residential project to proceed under the WA Government’s Subiaco East Masterplan.

One Oval is a&nbsp;key component of the Subiaco East Masterplan by DevelopmentWA, the Western Australia State Government’s central land and development agency, which aims to rejuvenate 35 hectares of land surrounding Subiaco Oval, the former Princess Margaret Hospital, and Mueller Park.

The masterplan envisions creating a vibrant, inner-city village that respects the area's rich heritage while introducing new residential, commercial, and public spaces to meet the needs of a growing population.

One Oval will include two distinctive residential buildings with dynamic tiered heights of 36 and 26 levels on Lot 1, and 11 levels on Lot 2. The towers will home 342 one, two and three-bedroom apartments,&nbsp;400 sqm of retail at ground level, and a strong focus on wellness amenity and community connection.
