A building with a history as a food and beverage destination in Sydney’s inner suburb of Surry Hills is up for lease through Ray White Commercial.

The 368 Crown Street property is a two-level commercial terrace building with a building area of nearly 150 sqm over both levels. The rent is $11,970 per month.

Leasing agent John Skufris of Ray White said 368 Crown Street was previously known as home of the original Maltese Cafe.

“Watt’s on Crown and more recently Master Dining had been trading from these premises. Master was hatted in the 2017 Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards,” he said.

The property has a kitchen, grease trap, exhaust, amenities as well as a balcony and courtyard.
