The Ray White Group set a new all-time record for the company in October, recording $3.5 billion worth of sales across Australia and New Zealand.

The New South Wales branch managed to earn $1.1 billion dollars in sales, while the commercial division was up 90% on this time last year.

Group chairman, Brian White said the results reflect “the best property market in memory”.

“We saw commercial markets producing fabulous results in all sectors. The power of the property market in Sydney stood out more than ever this month,” White said.

Ray White’s last record sales month was back in May of this year, when they posted a $3.2 billion net return.

The best performing Ray White offices in October included Glen Waverley (VIC), Double Bay (NSW), Remuera and Auckland Central Commercial (NZ) as well as New Farm, Surfers Paradise and Ascot (QLD).
