Queen Street coffee shop premises sold for $3,125,000

The Queen Street, Woollahra premises best remembered as the former Zigolinis cafe have been sold for $3,125,000.

It was bought by an investor who plans to open the interiors up by moving the kitchen under an exisiting development application.

It will then be leased to a new food operator.

The 119 sqm premises last sold at $2.62 million in 2013.

It has on-premises license to trader 5am to midnight, six days a week. It was offered at a $165,000 annual rental 2015.
