Property Investment Group take out Milton, Brisbane lease

property investment group has leased about 234 square metres of office space in the Savoir Faire office complex in Brisbane's inner west suburb of Milton.

The 3 + 3 year lease was taken at 25/20 Park Road and the deal reflected a gross rental of about $60,000 a year. The lease was negotiated by Alex Smith of Ray White Industrial Milton.

This is the only office level in this building with an external balcony and walkway entrance adjoining nearby retailers and restaurants in the heart of Park Rd.
