A 154ha winery near Narnacoorte in South Australia is on the market through an expressions of interest closing Thursday October 5, 2016 at 2pm.

Wongary of Wrattonbully, situated at Joanna, near Naracoorte in South Australia is for sale through Colliers International’s Tim Altschwager, Nick Dean and Nick Goode.

The property features 35ha of well-established vineyards and a further 77ha (approx.) of grazing land, a three-bedroom stone residence, ample machinery shedding and workshops, formed internal roadways, excellent fencing and shelter belts.

The vineyard is predominantly Shiraz, Cabernet, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Gris vines.
