A premium commercial premises on Woollahra's pricey Queen Street has hit the market.

The building at 80-82 Queen Street currently yields around $477,000 from its four high profile tenants.

On the ground level are two retail tenancies, one occupied by linen store Polite Society and the other taken by kitchen supply store The Bay Tree.

Jocelyn Petroni & Roth Architects take both of the first level tenancies.

The building, spanning three street frontages on 405 sqm, is bound by Queen Street at the front, Halls Lane at the side and Smith Street at the rear.

Ray White Woollahra gent Ben Vaughan is marketing the property in conjunction with Confidence Property's Bryce Ibrahim for a September 10 auction.

Down the road a gutted shop at 148 Queen has been listed for auction on September 11.

It had previously been the home of the DeCosti seafood shop.
