A development parcel with the potential for a school site in the northern NSW coastal village of Pottsville has hit the market.

The property sitting at Lot 1747 Seabreeze Boulevard is on a 6.27ha site, and is just 2.5km to Pottsville Village and beachfront.

It is designated ‘Potential School Site’ in the Tweed Shire Council DCP.

The property is being marketed via expressions of interest by Ray White Special Projects Queensland Executive Directors Mark Creevey and Tony Williams.

Creevey said Seabreeze Estate was at the picturesque seaside village of Pottsville, within the Tweed Local Government Area.

“Pottsville is just 35km south of the Queensland border and only 40km north of ever-popular Byron Bay,” Creevey said.

The expressions of interest campaign for the property closes October 9.
