Perth sales down 8% on same week last year: REIWA

There were 660 sales in Perth this week, according to the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia. This is down from 715 sales during the same week last year.

The most actively traded suburb was Rockingham, south of the river, which has a median house price of $375,000 and a median unit price of $289,000, according to RP Data.
