The upcoming relocation of the Nedlands Whole Health Clinic has prompted the sale of a multi-use retail property in Perth’s premier medical hub.

CBRE’s Michael Milne and Ben Younger have been appointed to sell the property, which is located at 33 Stirling Highway and 100 Meriwa Street, via a public offers invited campaign closing September 10.

Located on a single consolidated title, the property has an underlying land area of 589 square metres and benefits from rear lane way access and generous street parking options.

The Stirling Highway component of the property has a two year residual lease to prominent local surf retailer Windforce.

The Meriwa Street segment of the property will be sold with vacant possession, with its current tenant Nedlands Whole Health Clinic relocating to new medical facilities.

Mr Milne said the property offered a premium opportunity to secure a presence in one of Perth’s renowned medical and commercial hubs.
