An architecturally designed building in Subiaco, Western Australia is under contract.

The seven-year-old residential and commercially zoned property has 190 sqm of floor space.

The sale comes with council approved permits for a residential space, local shop, medical centre or offices.

It is currently used as an exhibition centre.

Paxton Head agents Jennifer Lowe and Michael Hoad had the listing of 316 Rokeby Road.

The property on 323 sqm traded for $495,000 in 1999.
