Original Victorian terrace listed on Paddington's William Street retail strip
A mixed use premises on Paddington's well known shopping strip William Street has been listed for the first time in more than five decades.
The property at 31 William Street (above and below) is a two level Victorian terrace in its original condition and looks like it hasn't been used for commercial purposes for a number of years.
Set on 75 square metres, the property has two bedrooms upstairs, an additional rear bedroom extension, a traditional dunny outside and a rear yard.
It's sandwiched between J.Andreatta Bridal Coulture and the former shop of fashion designer Collette Dinnigan.
Dinnigan, who owned and operated The William Street property for a number of years, sold the property for $1,655,000 last year.
It was bought by stylish tailor Patrick Johnson, who suggested it would be a fit out for another one of his tailors, however it looks like his wife, interior designer Tamsin Johnson, has set up shop there for the time being.
The Oxford Agency's Ralph Garofano and Dimitrios Franze are marketing 31 William.
