An industrial unit is the Brisbane suburb of Nundah has changed hands for $2.47 million.
The 2,355 square metre building at 2 Jenner Street, which is 8 kilometres north of Brisbane, has a 1,503 square metre warehouse plus a 785 square metre open plan office zone.
The property is fully leased to a rag trader with a rental return of $25,000 a year, reflecting a yield of 8.6%.
