Nine adjoining terraces in Surry Hills have been listed for sale in one line.

The three level terraces, from 238-250A Riley Street, were redeveloped by Darlinghurst architecture firm Humphreys & Edwards in 2016 when the third levels were added using Mansard roof form.

Each terrace comprises three levels of commercial office space. There are 10 commercial tenancies in total which provide a net annual income of $478,052.

Hair salon Scout Hair, design agency ET Collective and tattoo parlour Tattoo Rosie's make up some of the current tenants.

The building on nearly 500 sqm has 35 metre frontage to Riley Street and includes two off street packing spaces in a double lock up garage from Ann Street.

There's around 975 sqm of net lettable area.

Richardson & Wrench Commercial agents Victor Negrine and Angus Morrison have the listing that goes to auction October 17.
