Narrow gap in Melbourne amid capital city private treaty medians: RP Data

The narrowest cap between the reported weekly sales of houses and units was Melbourne, at just $7000 difference, according to the latest RP Data release.

Melbourne had a $427,000 median house price and $420,000 for unit prices. The next closest gap was Brisbane. Darwin had the biggest gap between the housing options.
