Mt Barker properties take longest to sell in WA: RP Data

Mt Barker tops the list of WA's slowest-selling localities, with houses taking an average of 231 days to sell, according to RP Data. It takes more than 200 days to sell houses in five WA localities. Property Observer notes  there were just 13 sales in Mt Barker last year.
