National Australia Bank banker David Fodor and his wife, Natisha, owner of the My Nest Home Styling, secured $1.67 million for their four-bedroom Mont Albert house.

With sheltered 11 metre wide rear decking, it came with formal reception rooms and a modern study.

The Marshall White agent Ross Stryker held initial $1.35 million plus expectations pre-auction for the Californian bungalow.

It was redesigned by Jo McIntyre from Beautiful Home three years ago in the coveted Windsor Park Estate.

The 117 Windsor Crescent house is listed for August 17 auction.

My Nest Home Styling offers room by room analysis along with several pre-sale property styling packages.
