An 1880's mixed-use site in Pyrmont has been snapped up by Bar Cupola Catering Pty Ltd.

They paid $3.225 million for the 447 sqm Victorian building which offers retail, office and residential uses.

The residential aspect has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with numerous kitchens and two fireplaces also part of the building.

At the time of the sale the building’s income was around $149,500 per annum.

The building last traded in 2010 for $2.74 million.
