Microsoft secures new head office in North Sydney's tallest tower

Microsoft Australia has taken a 10 year lease for its new head office in the $1.2 billion 1 Denison commercial office building.

1 Denison is the tallest tower in North Sydney.

Microsoft’s premises will comprise 10,655 sqm across seven levels from 25 to 31 in the high-rise of the building with floor plates ranging from 1,449 sqm up to 1,563 sqm.

The company will consolidate a number of offices into the new North Sydney location including its current head office at North Ryde.

It will retain its office at 1 Martin Place in Sydney’s CBD.

North Sydney is fast becoming a destination of choice for companies seeking quick access to the city and high-quality amenity along with access to hotels in the area including 88 Walker Street and Vibe Hotel.”
