Major CBD office sales continue to surge: Chart of the week

There were 20 CBD office sales above $100 million each recorded over the final quarter of the 2013 financial year, according to Knight Frank.

It was the fourth successive June quarter that sales of offices over $100 million have risen.

The biggest sale over the course of 2013 was Charter Hall forming a partnership with a local super fund and a Canadian pension fund to acquire Bankwest Place and the associated Raine Square shopping centre in the Perth CBD for $458 million.
