Local investor secures tenant for Moorabbin office and warehouse

A local private investor has leased out their Moorabbin warehouse facility and office to Mercury Heating and Cooling Systems.

The new lease has been organised by Savills Australia’s Daniel Kelly and Lynton Williams in the south-east bayside area of Melbourne to the heating and air-conditioning firm.

The property is located off of Warrigal Road in the area’s industrial precinct, at 85 Levanswell Road. It includes a 650 square metre office and warehouse with on-site parking and roller door access.

It is understood that the property was leased on a three year term with a three year option at $43,500 per annum net.

Kelly said that the lessee had relocated from nearby premises to here in order to upsize and keep pace with their business’ growth.
