Lidcombe site leased to acoustic specialists A&A Studios
A&A Studios has signed a three-year lease for an 816 square metre industrial facility in Lidcombe, in Sydney’s west.
The firm, which specialises in interior acoustics, moves into Unit 2, 10 Hill Road for a net rent of $180 per square metre.
The building features a combines office space, with a warehouse and parking allocation.
It offers street frontage on Hill Road and is moments from the M4 Motorway and Great Western Highway.
CBRE’s Janet Joljian and Raj Chaudhary managed the campaign for the vendor, OPG Pty Ltd.
“A&A Studios was drawn to the asset’s great street exposure, blend of corporate and warehouse space and the ability to receive early access for fit out,” Ms Joljian said.
