Leda retail complex sells to Singaporean investor for $2.3 million

A retail complex in the southern Perth suburb of Leda has sold to a Singaporean investor for $2.3 million.

The recently completed, 730 square metre complex is anchored by Chemist Warehouse, with two smaller tenancies occupied by a newsagent and convenience store. 

Located at 6 Feilman Drive, on the western side of Gilmore Avenue in Leda, it is close to both Thomas and Bertram Roads.

Knight Frank Capital Markets Director – WA, Tony Delich, said the boutique retail centre had attracted interest from a broad range of potential buyers, with several from interstate and overseas.  

He said the property offered upside in rental and capital growth as Leda was a rapidly expanding residential area. 

Delich said the property returned a secure income in excess of $205,000 per annum and showed a 9% return.
