League legend Steve Mortimer has put a $930,000 asking price on his Rushcutters Bay investment property.

It was listed for recent auction with plans to put the profits into his shuffleboard business.

The 2/84-90 McLachlan Ave McLachlan Cafe premises are leased with a net income of $56,600 per annum.

The former Bulldogs bought the ground floor property in 2010 for $760,000.

About $900,000 had been given in pre-auction price guidance.
