Kincrome coming to Noble Park

National automotive and hardware tool wholesaler, Kincrome Australia Pty Ltd has signed a two year lease in Melbourne's south-eastern suburb of Noble Park.

Kincrome agreed to a two year lease with a two year option at about $240,000 per annum gross plus GST and CPI increases.

The 21-23 Summit Road property comprises a 3,458 square metre office and warehouse facility including a 10 metre height, clear-span warehouse component.

Savills Notting Hill office director Lynton Williams brokered the deal.

Mr Williams said Kincrome had required additional warehousing space to satisfy the overflow from its warehousing/distribution centre, head office, at nearby Caribbean Gardens in Scoresby.
