Marrickville has undergone a remarkable transformation, evolving from an industrial area into a vibrant and sought-after neighborhood.

The gentrification of the suburb has helped it earn a spot on TimeOut's list of the top 10 coolest neighborhoods in Australia, and even ranked 10th globally.

Over 52,000 sqm of open spaces have received approval in <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/sekisui-house-australia">Sekisui House Australia</a> and Hankyu Hanshin Properties $5 billion urban renewal masterplanned community, Melrose Park in Sydney’s north west.

The trio of parks, Central Park (17,586 sqm, soon to be renamed), Wharf Road Gardens (19,960 sqm), and Western Parklands (15,102 sqm), will provide&nbsp;expansive green spaces for the growing community.
