IT firm secures $2.74 million slice of South Melbourne

A premium freehold building in South Melbourne has been snapped up by a multinational IT firm for $2.74 million. 

The 93-95 Palmerston Crescent property comprises a 530 square metre three-level freestanding building with rear access. The property is located on a 248 metre site.

The sale was brokered by CBRE with vacant possession.
