Inner-Perth suburb of Highgate most densely populated suburb of WA: RP Data

Highgate is the most crowded suburb in Perth, according to RP Data.

With 1,941 people in an area 0.39 square kilometres in area, the suburb has 5,004 people per square kilometre.

The larger suburb of Victoria Park, at 2.61 square kilometres, has 8,539 people and a density of 3,266 people per square kilometre. 

Outside of Perth, the most densely populated regional WA area is the tiny town of Karloo, which is just 0.3 kilometres in area. It has a population of only 649, but because of its small size that equates to 2,138 per square kilometre.

The region of Lamington, at 1.26 kilometres, has 2,278 people, or a density of 1,810 people per square kilometre.
