Since 1986 although started working in it part-time in 1984.
What’s happening in the area you specialise in?
The transformation of the industry is on the way, of which tenant representation is an integral part.
Corporate real estate is in its infancy and shall continue to grow now for the next 10-15 years.
Describe the most interesting property you have sold.
Not usually in selling but sold the former Fairfax Building in Ultimo to UTS in the late 1990s.
What are the ingredients to being successful in your job?
Trust, patience, persistence and professionalism.
What aspects of your role do you enjoy the most?
Building and working with a team.
Where would you invest a spare $750,000?
For now in the bank on a short term basis and wait until next year and then make a decision.
Which football team do you support?
Union – Waratahs.
League – St George.
AFL - Carlton.

Do not have one.

Minimally but expanding that right now.
