An iconic Cambooya, Queensland commercial property has been listed for sale.

Located at 61 Eton Street, The Bull & Barley Inn is 19 kilometres from Toowoomba.

It changed hands several times in the last 12 years -- in 2008 for $800,000 and for $750,000 in 2006, according to Corelogic RP Data.

The current sale campaign was through expressions of interest closing June 23.

Built in 1902, the property offers an authentic old-world dining experience. It has undergone recent renovations including a new roof, rewiring and upgraded plumbing.

The property can seat 70 people with facilities including main bar, games room, restaurant and outdoor dining.

It also has accommodation for seven people plus manager.

Sitting on a block of 1,406 sqm land, there is an adjoining vacant allotment of 2999 sqm that will also be included in the sale.

The adjacent land block can be developed subject to council approval.

The listing agent is Colliers International's Troy Anderson.
