A retail property in Melbourne’s Moonee Ponds has been sold to an owner occupier for $1.525 million in an off-market deal.

The price was $225,000 more than what it sold for 12 months earlier.

The deal was brokered by Fitzroys agent Terence Yeh.

The 95 Puckle Street property spans 147 sqm. The new buyer plans to open a homeware retail shop at the site.
