Home sale price discounting peaked mid-2011, with marked shift to less required discounting in Perth and Brisbane: APM

"The discounting data is particularly interesting," says Australian Property Monitors research analyst Clinton McNabb.

"It looks as though discounting peak between August and November last year and is gradually dropping again, although the level of discounting is still way above the levels seen two years ago."
