Hobart the cheapest to purchase a property: CoreLogic

Hobart has the cheapest median price for units of the capital cities around Australia, according to CoreLogic’s latest report.

The property data firm says that the average median price for a unit in Hobart is $290,000.

It also has the cheapest median price for houses with a house averaging at $367,500.

Sydney remains the most expensive place to purchase a property with houses costing $850,000 on average.
