Healthcare recruiter takes lease in Sydney CBD
Healthcare recruitment agency Heath Staff Solutions has agreed terms on a sub-lease in DEXUS Property Group’s One Margaret Street building in Sydney.
The two-year sub-lease will see HSS take 153 square metres at an annual rental of circa $115,000 net.
The 18-level A Grade office tower is in the western corridor of the Sydney CBD overlooking Barangaroo.
"Health Staff Solutions required a suite which was appropriate to the firm’s corporate image," said Savills agent Chris Rowe, who brokered the deal along with Knight Frank’s Seann Cash.
"One Margaret Street is a quality building with impressive services and an excellent energy rating in one of the CBD’s best locations,’’ Rowe said.
