Building materials company Hanson is selling off its South Brisbane riverfront site.

The ­market expectations are for as much as $40 million, according to the Australian Financial Review.

The site is located within the draft Kurilpa Riverfront Renewal Master Plan area, which ranks as Brisbane’s largest inner city urban renewal precincts.

The site with a 110-metre frontage to the Brisbane River has been listed through Brendan Hogan and Pat George of Colliers International.

Offers for 14 Nott Street covering 9,878 square metres and 3043 square metre at 19 Nott Street close 3 December.

Under the draft plan, the site may be developed with maximum building heights of up to 20 storeys.
