An office property in the Melbourne suburb of BURWOOD EAST has sold at auction for $502,000.

The 15 Royton Street building occupies 110 sqm with a total land area of about 186 sqm.

The ground floor retail/office space building is ready to occupy or has the potential to be developed subject to Council approval (STCA).

It was previously trading as a restaurant and has both rear and front parking.

The auction was through George Kelepouris and Paul Rizzo of Ray White Commercial.
