Greg Norman golf course design teeing off soon at The Hermitage, Gledswood Hills

The residential property developer and builder, Sekisui House has formally signed an exclusive deal with international golf champion and entrepreneur, Greg Norman, to design and build a premium golf course at its award-winning masterplanned estate, The Hermitage in Gledswood Hills.

The 9-hole, Par 3 course will be the only golf course in Sydney to be designed and constructed by the Norman group.

The new golf course is a collaboration between Sekisui House, Greg Norman Golf Course Design and club operator, Wests Campbelltown, to design and construct a brand new 9-hole course and driving range within the 300 hectare estate in Sydney’s south-west.

Greg Norman executed the agreement with Sekisui House Limited Executive Vice President, Sumio Wada, Sekisui House managing director, Toru Abe.
