Soup and juice bar concept store, Green Press, has secured a new retail lease at the west end of Collins Street in Melbourne’s CBD.

The 39 square metre lease, at 500 Collins Street (pictured below), was struck at more than $1000 per square metres for a term of three years.

Other tenants to recently move into the building include Kartel and Henry & the Fox.

Savills Australia agents Michael Di Carlo and Jeremy Marmur brokered the lease.

Mr Di Carlo said the deal was a further indication of the renewed interest in the CBD retail sector, as recent consumer spending data suggested the market had seen the bottom of the cycle.
