Georgian-style Terrara House on NSW south coast for sale

Terrara House, the Georgian-style wedding venue on the New South Wales South Coast is on the market with a price guide of between $7.5 million to $8.2 million.

It last sold in 2004 for $5 million to radiologist Derek Glenn.

The property was previously owned by horse trainer Etienne De Mestre.

De Mestre trained two-time Melbourne Cup winning thoroughbred Archer. 

He sold the property in 1886 to pastoralist Hugh McKenzie.

The home, built in 1904, has 23 rooms and features restored stables and a day spa.
