Gazebo Wine Garden strata premises at Elizabeth Bay up for sale

Ray White Hotels has listed the ground floor strata title commercial investment in the iconic Gazebo building, Elizabeth Bay. 

It is leased to Keystone Group, trading as Gazebo Wine Garden. It opened in 2005.

Investors have been advised it ecures $250,000 + GST (gross) per annum on a lease ending October 2038 (including option periods).

The premises outlook over the Fitzroy Gardens Park.

Agent Blake Edwards says it is located in an "upmarket trendy inner city location with strong underlying financial demographics".
