Fitness First Rockdale building sold
The home of Fitness First and Repco in Rockdale has been sold for $22 million.
Located at 395 West Botany Street, Rockdale, the building is leased to national tenants Fitness First and Repco, with seven year and five year leases respectively.
The free standing, single level gymnasium and bulk goods retail facility, was sold on behalf of Australian Unity Limited.
Set on 1.78 acres the property has a net leasable area of 3,816 sqm as well as a parking lot fit for 123 cars.
The agents had strong investor interest due to the long WALE of 6.46 years, and national tenants, who generate a passing net income of more than $1.4 million per annum.
The carpark was the site of the shooting murder of former bikie boss Mahmoud "Mick" Hawi.
