Fawkner corner site property sold for $1.25 million

A Sydney Road site with redevelopment potential at Fawkner in Melbourne’s north has been sold by Ray White Commercial for $1.25 million.

The partially leased property at 1110 Sydney Road sold to an owner-occupier.

Ray White Commercial agent Brett Diston said the nine title offering was 1015 square metre in total.

"The rear factory facing Lorne Street is currently leased on a new three year lease with a further term of three years at $26,450," he said.

"The total building area on the site is approximately 290 square metres and the property is zoned industrial three."

The site is approximately 11 kilometre north of the Melbourne CBD and close to the Metropolitan Ring Road.
